		<itunes:subtitle>When you reach the edge of your finances, time, capacity or self-control, you have no margin. And without margin, you have no room for error.</itunes:subtitle>

		<itunes:summary>There's something in all of us that wants to walk as close to the edge as possible. But, by setting moral margin, we set some artificial standards for ourselves that allow for far less damage than when we jump off the edge and the ledge.</itunes:summary>
